now,im not a master with headers...but wouldnt it still be better to just get long tube headers? Or are these just that much better?

No one has done a true comparison to the PPE LTH.

I can tell you with some certainty that they will perform better than the FI LTH though.

350Z DE pipes. Gotta remember folks that there is an HR 350z too that uses the same flange as us. Those will not work!

Hopefully, like it's been said before, they will bring out the headers with a 370Z specific flanges so we can use them with 370Z parts. One day...

No options for cats and or test pipes, I am going to run ART pipes, and if I needed to or sold the car, the headers could stay on and I can slap the cats back on.

This will fit the 370z art pipes right? I know they are a copy cat of the momentum headers didnt know if you had to use 350 art pipes instead

These can use nothing 370z they have de engine flanges

You will have to buy All ART pipes, Test Pipes, or HFCs that were made for a VQ35DE (03-06 350Z). They will not work with 370Z cat pipes or replacements.

Which is funny considering a 350Z HFC will still mount up to a 370Z exhaust Y pipe... :icon17: Go figure...

yup literally everything is the same minus the 3 bolt (triangle) flange that switches up from the DE and HR

Then what's the point of making 370z headers if they don't work with other 370z parts? Seems like they are 350z headers not 370z ones.

Because they are, they're exact replicas of Momentums 350z headers :)

I guess you've missed the hubub about these headers?

They're yielding far more gains than any other shorty and more than some longtubes. That's why people are using them.

You just need the proper test pipes and HFC to go with them.

DarkJak 07-26-2013 12:19 PM

Oh Nissan why did you have to change flanges??? :( The difference is so small!

370Z JT 07-26-2013 12:21 PM

Any more dyno numbers coming soon?

NismoZ70 07-26-2013 12:24 PM

Definitely going to wait on these until they come out with the HR flanges but from what I've heard this will cost an additional $150-$200 from the existing price from speaking with Jon at Z1. That's fine though since I would rather have either the HFC's or Test Pipes that are made for the 370Z. Hopefully it won't be too long before the HR version comes out.
