Please JEEZUS don't buy Top Speed... Have a muffler shop custom fab you one if you want to save money, or buy a used complete cat back from the forum for cheap

I just did some research and test fitted that exact exhaust for John at Top Speed. I was very pleased with the results. Install was very easy and lined up really well. I installed on my non-Nismo. Top Speed hadn't test fitted on a non-Nismo, so I was their guinea pig. It has a very nice deep throaty sound. The only suggestion I had for them, was to cut back the tips. At least on a non-Nismo. For me, They are too long. Other than that, it's pretty good quality.

And NO...I don't work for Top Speed. They just gave me a deal (lower price) to test out the exhaust.

While plenty of people have run Topspeed, I wouldn't put Topspeed and "without a problem" together.

Between flanges not lining up, packaging issues, and customer service nightmares, I'd rate Topspeed close to if not at the bottom when it comes to production exhausts on this forum.

Of course, that's just me personally.

maybe i've just missed all the problem threads for top speed

From my personal and first time experience with Top Speed, I couldn't disagree more on every point. I ordered on Wednesday and item was delivered on Friday. John answered all my emails within an hour and the exhaust was well packed. It also lined up perfectly.

But, like every company, I'm sure there have been issues.

can't think of an aftermarket company that hasn't on here...

sound clips?

i would like to hear what this sounds like compared to the aam short tails

i was about to buy short tails but now this is swaying my from buying it(i liked the sound of the top speed cbe but when i read about the problems with the x pipe, it turned me off of their product)

I dont know the price of these, but if you can get the entire exhaust for $500. I hope these weren't too expensive!

Are those little mufflers or resonators on the ends?

Post Vid for sound please! :)

Hmmm

Top Speed:shakes head: I just wouldn't. There problems exist across the board whether is be on Acurazine, TSXclub, S2Ki and here. I find there products to me more "form" over "function".

Thank you everyone for the feedback, I think I will stay away from this exhaust.

Looks like it would be kind of hard to screw up such a minimal exhaust...
