Tony, I called but I think you guys are busy. Anyway, there is a vibration coming from the rear of the car and I narrow it down to the heat shield. Would it be okay if I completely remove it?

Thank you.

When I installed mine, I removed the small section that is raised on the left. The rest is still in place on my NISMO.........

We are closed today, that is why you could not get a hold of me. Now the instructions state to bend the corner of the heat shield up to clearance for the passenger side muffler. When it is all said and done, the heat shield should not touch the muffler!

You can remove it completely though, it will not hurt anything at all.

Thanks, Tony
