Just wanna throw a quick question at u guys...12" or 18" resonators and why....

Here's a simple equation in terms of loudness: 18-res < 12-res < non-res

Besides that, performance is the same. There are a tones of reviews and videos. Pick whatever best meets your needs.

lol, no I was not kidding...The question was fully based on sound. I know the quality and performance will be the same, but I wanted to know about noise. I'm a dedicated track attacker, but I live in a quiet neighborhood and drive with people in my car. Personally, I would want no resonators at all, but I can't due to the preferences of others. I just needed an opinion of what would be a good balance between spectacularly loud and too quiet.

Well, if you get the quietest option (w/18" res.) it's still be noticeably louder than stock....that's for sure.

My 18" res is on order at the moment.

I picked the 18" due to the smooth deep tone. Also I found the 18" res masks the hiss from the HFC's better. If I didn't go HFC's I would go 12" res with the stock cat's.

At some point in the second video I think I ran 2nd gear up to maybe 6k, but for the most part I was just taking it relatively easy in 2nd and 3rd gears. :tup:

M4A1, were you driving the dragon or the chase car?

I loved hearing the dragon rev up and pull away, then you hear the faint drum of (what sounds like) a stock exhaust trying to keep up :tup: :roflpuke2:

I'm driving the red car. Hazzazi is driving the chase car. FWIW, "The Dragon" I am referring to is the road, not Lou Fusz's car!
