Nice exhaust (as always) from the Fast Intentions folks. :tiphat:

LunaZ 04-01-2010 09:40 PM

I haven't even picked up my car yet and I'm ready to order one of these!
Figure I'd better get on the list if I want it anytime soon.

Help me decide what configuration I want... not sure about the X Pipe Resonator option. What's the sound/performance differences between none, 12" and 18"?

bejan 04-02-2010 01:10 AM

As far as performance, the 12" and 18" resonators are the same. It's just a difference of how loud the sound will be. The shorter the resonator, the louder the sound will be. I hope that helps.

Check out my videos: This is my 370Z with Fast Intentions 12" resonator, Carbon Fiber Muffler:

The exhaust sounds amazing. It also quiets down a bit once broken in not that it was too loud at all to begin with. I love hearing the sound of Tony's Fast Intentions exhaust. Sounds so good to my hears and I can drive forever with no music and just listening to the exhaust notes through any range in the power band. I'm sleeping in my car tonight now that I think about it, that's how much love this exhaust !

Vegitto-kun 04-02-2010 01:45 AM

So what I'm getting from the above statement is that having no resonator at all would be hella loud?

Vegitto-kun 04-02-2010 11:33 AM

the resonators are optional . it does say "no resonators" in the selection bit.

and I have bought the exhaust.

LTH + CBE 12" resonators with CF mufflers

Thanks for the videos.... I think I just decided that I will need to get the 12' inch resonators. and not the 18... :)

If your keeping the stock cats the exhaust isnt loud at all and sounds quite good with no resonators.
