100 by January 1st 2010 has been a goal that we have joked about. I would love to see it happen but I feel 75-80 might be a little more realistic. By all means, if you are ready to be #51 then do not hold back.

Quite possibly, I do not see another way to reach 100 by New Years! But if you are ready, let's make you #51 not #91...

Thanks, Tony

New to this forum, and literally haven't even owned my 370Z for 24 hours. I am looking for AM exhaust and am intrested in the F.I. TDX Cat Back 12" Resonators / F.I. Resonated Test Pipes.

i don't want to read through 149 pages and want to know 3 things. The cost, if it will void out any warranty, and how these due with the CA. emissions test. Im actually being stationed in San Diego in a few months.

Void warranty - uhhh...well...:icon14:

CA emissions test - Keep your stock exhaust for that just in case?

Complete with a hundred pics and vids! AWESOME Idea!

Now you know just how much time/effort/craftsmanship goes into making these.

^ and also a great way for competitors to steal... :icon14:

Warranty is one of those funky issues, no your warranty is not technically voided, but Nissan is of course not going to warranty the new exhaust. Now the only thing they can do is if the part you added/changed causes the problem then they can void that part of the warranty and charge you to fix it.

Emissions I am clueless on, live in Texas and they really do not care what we do. :)

Ok here we go,

http://www.the370z.com/exhaust-intak...und-clips.html

Now for the legality, the cat back is not an issue but the RTP's will not pass smog in California. Now, the fact that you are in the military might make you exempt from California smog laws. Voiding your warranty is not really an issue either. If you voided anything, you would void just the exhaust portion of your warranty. In addition you would come to me if you had an issue with the exhaust not the dealer. When you are ready please do not hesitate to call me. I will get you set up with what you want...

Thank you, Tony
