Does N/A intake mods really work?

Coming from the 350z N/A to S/C to Turbo, N/A intake mods never really worked then.
I did some searching but can't put my finger on it. What makes the 370z different?

What year 350Z did you have?

twin throttle bodies help with the 07/08 and of course the 09~ 370Z

Scratching my head once again ... Op, you telling me you went from f/I to asking about intake gains..too funny..welcome to the forum!! Like any mods some are for show and others are for go, stillen Gen 3 is proven on the dyno+ fact check

i posted this on another thread a couple days ago. if u get long tubes u will get a decent gain. same with short ram until it warms up in you engine bay

long tube intake dyno

http://www.the370z.com/intake-exhaus...pressions.html

~20whp gain

short ram dyno

http://www.the370z.com/intake-exhaus...ed-w-dyno.html

~14whp gain

33% difference of hp gained in short ram vs long tube

i'm sure there are many variables that play into this, but these were just some quick examples i found

What part of N/a did you not get?

Proven on the dyno, OK, but any noticeably gains over the 1/4mile exit speeds?
