Motordyne ART Pipes/AAM True Dual info

So awhile back when I was trying to decide which pipes to go with, I really wanted some sound clips to back up my decision. I already had the AAM 2.5 True Dual exhaust system, and I had narrowed it down to sticking with AAM Pipes for solidarity, or Motordyne ART Pipees. Problem was, I couldn't find clips of either with my particular set-up. I heard plenty of Motordyne with other setups, and in truth many of those were much quieter than mine turned out to be. I could not find a single AAM Test Pipe video or sound clip at the time.

When I reached out to both companies, neither one had any kind of clip to assist in my decision, nor could I find anything at the time on YouTube or Vimeo.

So in the end after some research here and elsewhere I went with MotorDyne. That was several months ago. In the end I'm relatively pleased with my decision, though the sound was much louder than I had heard from previous clips, it was not abrasively so, nor so loud I would have shipped it back.

Indeed, it has only grown on me and gets nothing but compliments from all car nuts in my area, but especially from the Z guys in my club. It has that perfect growl that fits the fangs and style of the 370, especially when lowered a bit and given that perfect stance.

So all that to say the following; if anyone else may be going through this same decision, I've got a clip. As far as anything that would alter the sound goes, I've got a Stillen G3 Intake, and the aforementioned Motordyne ART Pipes and the AAM 2.5 True Dual exhaust system.

I'm sorry, I don't know how to embed the clip so that it plays directly, despite playing around with several embedding and coding options here, so if anyone can help with that I'll make the change. Until then, I hope you enjoy it. There are a few other clips on my page as well.

If you'd like any interior clips as well, let me know. It's not that hard to do and I wouldn't mind throwing one or two up for ya'll.

I don't have clips of that combination nor have I heard that combination, but either way relative to regular test pipes, your exhaust is much quieter and deeper sounding with the ART pipes.

great sound clip! without a doubt the ART pipes will have much more sound control with that extra chamber than just plain straight pipes like ours. Now an awesome video would be ART pipes vs regular test pipes (with some sort of catback) to see how much it really resonates

That sounds great man, love the growl. Reminds me of the nice growl the VQ35 had that seemed to be a bit lost in the VQ37

Thanks; first time I had really heard it at WOT outside the car and was duly impressed
