The person contacted us and have question about the HFC not being completely flat and was told by the body shop if this was installed, guarantee there will be an exhaust leak. We simply ask the customer to go ahead and install the product and if there is any exhaust leak, we will warranty the product.

You've posted once on the subject and it was only after I sent you a PM about you not addressing it, so dont act like you came here on your own or ill be happy to post the messages & times.
As I stated in my original post it was strictly about your poor customer service and your still dancing around the issue. You never stated you would warranty the product over the phone, thats how we got on the subject of where I purchased it. Your very careful what you post here but werent so careful in your phone conversations. Ive done what I set out to do, call your company out about your handling of this issue.
