MXP quad tip exhaust

So I was looking around ar various websites and came across this on Auto & truck performance parts & aftermarket car parts from HorsepowerFreaks http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/imag...ystems_LRG.jpg

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this exhaust or if possibly the company used an incorrect picture for the 370Z.. If this really is available it's exactly what I've been looking for and I'd be all over it. Does anyone have any info on this?

Accept the Subie is a single pipe to the cans, that one (based on image) is a dual can. Possibly... any other angles?

The pipe splits to a Y over the top of the mufflers and enters the other end. You just can't see it from the other two pics

I see what you did there. :icon08:

Looks like still the only quad tip option so far is the Zele. :shakes head:

Boost_lee 03-28-2012 05:23 AM

Yup, Zele and GTM

GTM Motorsports*::*EXHAUST*::*GTM SPEC 3" 370Z CAT-BACK QUAD TI TIPS

Both for Zele bumpers though

Yep, gotta spend $5k just to spend another $5k. :shakes head:

So consensus is its the wrong pic?

Boost_lee 03-28-2012 06:43 PM

Yes. 99% sure the pictured muffler is for the sti hatch

I dont think so reagrding it is for a STI. There is a flange right after the curve coming from the can in the picture verses a flange much farther and past 3 bends in the picture mounted on the STI.

N/M. I looked closer and there is a flange at the same spot in both pics. Just call them and ask if they do, and if so can they email you some pics of it installed and also layed out. They cant make an exhaust with out having a car on hand to mock off of and test fit on. Would think they would have taken pictures of finished job.

Could you do the classic 350z bumper tuck to accommodate a quad tip?

Horsepowerfreaks probably wouldn't have the pics and what not because they are not producing the exhaust, only distributing it. But ill give HP freaks a call and see if it is in fact a quad tip or if the photo is wrong.
