Did anyone removed resonator?

I think our 370z exhaust sound is too small when it's stock.

it's must be restricted by law, so i would like to remove resonator

when i mod my Z with stillen cat-back exhuast.

I heard that vehicle resonator is only designed for reduce the sound,

so it must be okay to remove the resonator.... Am i right?

Morevoer, i saw someone posted on google that the resonator affact to

engine oil temperature, so i guess resonator delete mod will help to

cool down the engine oil a little. What you think about it?

Oh, i got one more question...
Can anyone tell me about average cost to remove the resonator at autoshops?
I don't care where the location is, just tell me how much it will be in your area.
Thx :-)

I have a question for you, and a suggestion. I hope you don't take offense at my question. I'm only asking because I'm trying to figure out where you're coming from with many of your posts.

Question: How old are you?

Suggestion: Instead of cutting out the resonators from the cat-back, replace your stock cats with test pipes.

.

Same impression here....

No point in removing the resonators...They impose NO restriction and don't have anything to do with the oil temps.

Stillen Resonators:

Removing resonators will give you more of a raspy tone and more in cabin "drone" as well.

Just get some HFC and you will enjoy your loud exhaust
