Brand New

Well i got my car about 5 days ago and i have about 480 miles on it already. Do you guys think i should get the FI CBE and the Gen 3 intakes now? Or i should wait a specific amount of miles before i start doing engine work to it.

Thanks

it seems always best to follow the break in routine in the book for optimal engine performance before installing aftermarket parts... however im sure a more seasoned vet could answer this 100%.

Considering its a 2 mo wait for FI, place your order now.

Do what's right for you.

But I would recommend to at least break-in the motor for a while, But others may also say to just go for it and screw the wait? I would also try to get friendly with your Nissan dealer or find a Mod friendly dealer near you so if there is an issue unrelated they won't try to give you grief by blaming it on the Modded parts.

Kev,

I see you have a brand new Z. Congrats on that! I also see that you have shown some interest in our products. As far as install, you should wait until you get over 1000 miles on your car before you start modifying it.

As far as our exhaust system goes, we hand build everything in house. It is a first come first serve basis. We are very behind and from the day your order is placed, it is an 8-10 week turnaround time. When your order is placed, all we require is a $250 deposit. The remaining balance is not charged to you until your exhaust is ready to ship.

We can also get you the intakes and save you a little money on those! If you have any questions at all or would like to place an order, please do not hesitate to call me directly...

Thank you, Tony
