your not actually "losing one pipe" as the stock exhaust set up is still a Y design (2 into 1). with this being said the diameter is huge compared to stock not sure of te exact diameter but i will get pictures. This is truely one of the best sounding exhaustc for our cars

stock y exit is 2.5in, topseed is 2.7in
it really is a great sounding system
