F.I. Exhaust it worth the cost no matter what setup you want, it's just you have to decide how you want it. Do you want volume, or not? Do you want a certain tone? All that helps you decide...

sound

ya true, Im wanting to notice a difference, I mean not to to loud like straight pipes but one that sounds good. On my acura I had a magna flow resonator and its sounded pretty good..What is the biggest difference between the 16’’ and the 18’’ resonator?

should I get the carbon exhaust version of the F.I. or the stainless steal??

You mean 12 and 18"?

Volume/Tone. The 12" will have a slightly higher pitched tone, and more overall volume than the 18" resonator will give you. This can still be further refined with the choice of Carbon Fiber or Stainless Steel Cannisters.

SS will have a deeper tone and still more muffling ability.

CF cans will have a slightly more exotic sound to them, with a bit more volume due to the thinner walls.

I heard FI has some drone, so I got Tanabe, no drone in the 3-4k rpm range, it is not
fun ride to be in vehicle for hundreds of miles listening to exhaust drone, and I am
half deaf, sure FI is a great exhaust, but does it have drone?????????

"Drone" is subjective. What you might consider drone, someone else may not. And vis versa. All exhausts will experience a 'drone' effect in the realm of 2k rpms because of the frequency of that powerband. It's really unavoidable, but it's something you accept. And honestly, I'm not going to knock any exhaust that looks great to me, gives me great gains, and only has a sound I might dislike at a small fraction of the powerband. If I don't like the sound in that area, switch to a different gear. Problem solved...
