ARK Muffler Cans really uneven!

I had my Berk HFC's and ARK GRIP CBE installed last weekend by a performance shop where I live. I made sure they propped up the Xpipe to avoid the cross member rattling problem so no rattles there. However, the passenger side muffler can hangs MUCH lower than the drivers side. My car isnt even lowered and the passenger side muffler can has scraped the ground a couple of times while going over bumps.

How can this be fixed while keeping the exhaust tips even? I want to lower my car but cant because the passenger exhaust can will scrape on everything.

Let's see how bad this looks, please.

Will try to post pics later but I know this is a common problem with the ARK CBE and was wondering how other ARK owners fixed this problem.

Start from the Y pipe to the back. Tighten each side and adjust the flanges while tightening the bolt. Its best to have a friend hold the mufflers in place while you tighten the bolts together. If you have any questions please give us a call at 909.391.1275

I wouldnt know JollyGoodChap. Dont have any experience with the FI exhaust. Cant wait until this weekend so I can get under my car and see if I can even the mufflers out.

There is a good bit of clearance in the holes for the flanges on each muffler. Loosen the bolts a bit, realignment the flanges and then tighten, making sure not to let it shift while tightening. I dialed out most of the unevenness that way. Passenger side is still a hair lower and seems to be the case on most of the photos I've seen.

Zedsled. any updates on this? I want to know if you were able to have this adjusted.

I sent you an email with pics. I was unable to solve this problem with the recommended methods. The passenger side still hangs about 1-1/2 inches lower than the drivers side. Please check your email and get back to me.

PM me your phone # and We will be able to take care of this.

Yes it does. Unfortunately the ARK exhaust is one of the lowest on the market. Specifically the lowest part of the exhaust is the flanges. My car is slightly lowered (3/4s of an inch) and its been an issue for me that has caused my mufflers to scrape and then get misaligned from repeated impact. Love the exhaust and the sound of it is fantastic but it sucks that it is so low.
