I liked the 2 new mufflers' look. More refined. Hope the resonators will smooth the tone of the exhaust a bit. Are you going to post videos of this new exhaust?

Yes, we can.

Updated with new videos

Wow...that sounds amazing! I'd buy it if I didn't have a single downpipe.

370Z JT 07-24-2011 06:37 PM

Is the exhaust the only on the Z in the vids?

What sort of price are we looking at since a Titanium exhaust while light, is typically VERY expensive. I like how it sounds though... you all have done a nice job as Ti exhausts usually to seem to be as you said earlier in the thread tinny with a lot of rasp and just WAYYYY to loud.

Anyway, pm me a price on the finished product unless you don't have one yet, as I am currently in the market for one. Also curious if you have any idea of dyno numbers yet?

They shouldn't be pm'ing anyone since it's only a feedback thread and they're not a Sponsor Yet!

No PM anyway... yeah I saw just under 3k, no thanks. It's very nice, but unless it's gonna make 40 whp with the weight loss it's not worth it to me. Good luck on it though guys!

No exhaust is going to give you 40whp gains, this is a V6 NA car, best you will see is 15whp.

so the FI results with 25 or 28 with the test pipe is incorrect? Or are you speaking strictly of the cat back without any HFC's or TP's?

I am talking just exhaust setup, exhaust plus other addition will net you probably 25whp gains. Think of any addition to the 3 primary (exhaust, HFC/TP, intake) as being a 15-10-5 increase. Add one you get around 15, add another you gain another 10 (25 total), and the last one is 5 (30 total). Order really has not mattered mostly.

I agree.

With Pipes and exhaust, I netted 299 WHP on a dynojet. So stock I would be around 275whp which is pretty consistent with a stock Z.

do you have the invidia with the motordyne art TP's?

Methodical4u 07-25-2011 05:54 PM

nevermind, I saw it on your journal... I heard it on a vid... a poster on here from Dubai. It sounds EXCELLENT with that set-up.

I'm interested in the SS exhaust with burnt tips and mufflers if possible how much would we be talking? Do you plan on becoming a sponsor?

We will definitely become a sponsor at some point. Once we have our final version of our exhaust complete, our plan is to become a sponsor and have a group buy for our initial product offering. We won't disclose our final prices or anything until we have our final product in place, this thread is mainly a WIP thread to get forum user feedback to help determine our final design :)

Cheers,
Pan
