Greddy Turbo TI-C or Greddy Spectrum Elite?

Hey guys,i having a hard time to choose these 2 CBEs.I prefer Turbo TI-C but is it SE gain better performance?give some comments dude...thanks....:happydance:

Blue370tt 05-02-2011 12:34 PM

When we added the TT kit on my Z, we found the T-iC was the best exhaust performance wise. This was proven out and tested by many dyno runs and tunes.

nismo 1234 05-02-2011 01:37 PM

if you like greddy ti-c go with greddy ti-c. if you leave the silencers in u still get a good amount of gains

Nizmo0533 05-02-2011 11:51 PM

same here!!! im still thinking about those exhaust.. seems like the SE get more deep tone , but the tips a little bit smaller than my nismo exhaust. so.....

if you think you might go turbo I say go TI-C, might not get as much now but it'll avoid having to change the exhaust later

Oh I see...For me,Ti-C sound great than SE...Ti-C at high RPM got a little higher deep and sharp sound compare to SE :)

Silencer out = no vibrations.

Andy124 05-30-2011 12:44 PM

will it feel uncomfortable when driving the car?loud sound or vibration inside?with silencers in sound not that deep and cool.after seeing this thread make me feel a bit unstable decision...http://www.the370z.com/intake-exhaus...c-problem.html

Synack 06-01-2011 10:37 PM

I have this on my Z but I still have yet to see WHP numbers. Anyone want to enlighten me on what kind of gains the Turbo TI-C gives?

Without the silencers it's a straight pipe. I have about 80lbs of sound deadening material in my car from the front footwells all the way back to the trunk. With the windows up it's not that bad. A little loud from 2800-3200 rpms. With the windows down it's hellishly loud in that range. It's perfectly fine at all other RPMS.

With the silencers in it's still nice and deep but not nearly as loud.

I'm 34 and was not looking for a very loud car. The first day I took them out I thought I would immediately want them back in, but after about a week I got used to it. I don't regret the decision to go with the TI-C and take out the silencers at all. My Z is not my daily driver though and I prob wouldn't want ot do a multiple hour road trip this way, but I love it when I use it.

No problem, hope you enjoy. In my book you cant go wrong with any Greddy exhaust.

I have Z1 Motorsports test pipes, Stillen Gen 3, and silencers still installed on mine. And I am very happy with the sound!

Have you tried removing the silencers yet just to see? I pulled mine out and they have remained that why since. It is a nice sound. But does create a drone sound in the cab. Seems to me the hotter the exhaust the louder it gets. I know it's not for everyone, but I love it.

I have thought about it. But car is the DD and i think my neighbors would hate me even more than they already do. They hate when i fire up my 300 in the middle of the night when i get bored. Which my 300 has Z1 test pipe and Greddy SP2 dual exhaust, right around 3.5 inch tips with 3 inch pipes.

Where are these silencers located? IN the muffler tip?

That's correct.

Synack 06-05-2011 01:56 PM

I think the previous owner of my car had them removed and didn't include them with the car, because I don't see them.
