Video of my G37 full exhaust (Greddy)

Ichiba test pipes, Ichiba Y pipe, Greddy TiC exhaust. The test pipes and Y pipe were wrapped in header wrap which eliminated 90% of the rasp:driving: I dont know if this exhaust is out for your cars yet but just to give you an idea.

The heat wrap is the generic header wrap that you can find at any shop. You have to wet it before its installed so it dries on the pipes:ughdance:

that sounds awesome! I've always loved Greddy exhausts

I would stay away from header wrap. I don't know if it will cause any issues in your application, however.

This def makes me want to wait for the Greddy instead of jumping at the Stillen. Always love the Greddy sound!

I have not had any problems with the wrap. My wrap was properly done by a Turbo shop. The main rasp was comming from the flex points in the exhaust towards the center of the car.

Header wrap holds in moisture, which can cause the exhaust pipes to become brittle.

only thing I've heard from header wrap is that supposedly it can trap condensation in very humid weather and cause the headers to rust/corrode faster...........don't know if there's any truth to that at all but supposedly that's why you want to coat your headers with proper coating material, forgot what's it's called and too lazy to google.........it's suppose to do the same thing as heat wrap.....
