Electronic Exhaust Cut-outs
 

Hi everyone,

To preface this I wanna let you know I had an 08 Altima Coupe before I bought my 2010 370z. One of the big things way back when on the Coupe forums was talk about installing EEC's or Electronic Exhaust Cut-outs. These basically make your exhaust into test pipes on demand via a user controlled solenoid. Has anyone done this with a 370z? Has anyone thrown a straight pipe exhaust 370 on a dyno? Just curious...

Not sure if anyone has bothered with the cut outs here..

Here is mine with a straight shot from headers to a gutted muffler.

Not sure if anyone here has done it. I know of a couple of guys on my350z.com that did if you want to search there. If I were to do it, I would just run straight pipes without the hassel of the EEC. Though must don't like to hear the loudness of this setup always. Along with other troubles (cops). But that's really only when your in the throttle hard. I really love open dumps on a FI kit.

By the way, the exhaust in the video is nice.
