Now from the quote, meaning that people will have other stuff that come to play like intake, headers, exhaust, even ECU tuning, it’s true, there is no telling what power it may produce with all these factors, right? The number will be very satisfying. That’s the reason I mentioned to you guys that Tony from MD would like to work one on one with anyone that is interested.

Ok cool  For a moment I was afraid there was no dyno involved...

So the product is a piece of sheet metal that goes over your OEM manifold? This thread raises more questions than it answers. I know you're trying to hype up a product and your car was used for testing, but comments like the following don't build trust.

Why isn't Motordyne themselve's posting anything about this new intake manifold?

So how much 'intensive testing' was done in the developement of this manifold by Motordyne?

I have the manifold on my g37 as well. I put back on my engine cover for the stealth look. It does make a huge difference in hp and tq. Hopefully motordyne will chime in ..

This is MD vs Stock comparison. This is me getting ready to swap the throttle bodies over to the Motordyne Manifold. The MD manifold looks like stock but is not. MD manifold has gone through many processes for a perfect fit, and lots of R & D for great results.

Anxiously awaiting some dyno results. Especially with a car that already has all the breather mods. Although, I'm not really expecting much.

The first looks like a 350Z HR Manifold to me.... Look at the bracket position...

I'll let others be the judge. Either they're using a modified VQ35HR manifold, or the OP is trolling.

Everyone needs to take it like a grain of salt since there is no data backing up this amazing manifold. Everyone needs to give the Op a Break He's only trying to help us with news of a new product, I don't think we need to start name calling. I'm hold reservations till we get official news and data to back it up.

ninous26 09-26-2010 09:34 PM

Won't be surprised if its a modified OEM part.. Kind of like the same thing they did with the MREV2 for the 35DE.. Even so, that's not a bad thing.. If it works, it works and you've got an OEM quality part.

Expect other manufacturers to steal the idea and make their own part for cheaper..

in for the flaming or great product, lets hope its the latter.
