What is washer mod??
 

Ok, i searched and only like 4 results came up and they were not at all what i was looking for, i was just wondering if anyone can fill me in as to what the washer mod is?

how to do it?

yeah guess that's true hah, idk, i just figured that'd maybe sound leaky or raspy or something, i didnt really know what to expect ya know what i mean, you hear most exhaust leaks on a toyota tercel and sounds like complete crap, this on the other hand i think sounds quite good

just take a ratchet and loosen up the 2 nuts after the cat. that **** will roar. try one side first because 2 might be too loud. lol.

ok i'm definitely doing it today, it's nice out, now mind you, the only thing i have to take a video is an iphone, so im warning you now the quality wont be that great lol, i should have this done around 1 o'clock or so, gotta do some things then i'll get right to it :)

I just did mine today. I have been waiting for my Berk exhaust since January and my friend is about to ship it to me here in Germany. I went ahead and did this to tide me over. I have Berk HFC's and I hate rasp with a passion. This sounds amazing to me! No rasp and very little drone on the Autobahn at 120mph :) I can't believe the sound you get with 16 washers and HFC's!

For those looking for sound and don't care about gains try it out. You have absolutely nothing to loose doing this MOD. If you don't like it, take the washers out and put the gasket back in and tighten her back up.
