Update: after hearing the video of 1.5 washers I was not impressed. It sounded like ALL engine and no pipe. Even though the cabin sounded great I wanted a little more on the drive by sound. So today I went to 2.5 wahsers and then 3.5 washers.

2.5 washers sounded good
3.5 washers sounded even better

I guess after driving around for a few days you get used to the sound and can either shift at 3k rpm with no real noise in cabin nor on drive by. There after it starts to wake up as the rpms climb up to 4k and then really wails above 4.5k rpm.

It blows my mind that this mod is so well accepted here. Doing this would get you flamed on a Civic forum...

No offense to the guys that have done it, jus sayin

Can you imagine what it would sound like on a civic! HAHAHA! :bowrofl:

If it didn't sound so good on the Z than it would not be so popular.

It's hilarious how technical they are getting with it too. They've got the washer sizes and quantities down to an exact science. :icon17:
