Thinkin about gettin ARC induction intake and ARC Exhaust
Hello, everyone.
I am new to 370Z forum. I used to have 07 350Z and now drivin 08 TSX. I just got back from Iraq. I will get 2010 370Z base + Sports pkg in few days. I am thinkin about getting ARC products on my baby. Does anyone have ARC intake or exhaust? I am planning to get all the JDM parts on my car. I need some opinions about ARC products. I was waiting for HKS turbo kit but I don't think that is going to happen.. Thank You |

As far as I know, no members here are running ARC parts. This is mostly due to cost. You should head over to the Forced Induction forum. There is a prototype HKS turbo kit with pictures. |
The problem is ARC parts haven't any kind of feedback. I'm interested in ARC induction box air intake, but I've no idea about HP/torque gains...

dont even need drop-ins. just use the stock filter. the stock intake works just fine.

ARC has a great reputation for top shelf products. while there may not be a lot of user feedback here for their products, as much as they cost, they are surely making a great product if they continue to be in business at that price level. you will not be disappointed with ARC products but there may be other products more common (lets say HKS Ti cat back) for considerably less with similar gains. conversely, if i was going to spend that much money on mods, i'd probably get the Amuse exhaust before the ARC, both are nice but the Amuse looks like a piece of artwork!

ARC intake box and exhaust are currently not in production yet. The parts you see on the internet are only the prototype or pre-production units. The ARC intake tubes are available, but they offer no gains over the stock units whatsoever. Currently the only ARC items produced are:
-Oil pan -Sub radiator -Oil catch can/coolant expansion tank combo -Differential cooler -Intake pipes |
Thank you guys for the opnions... ^^ I checked out FI section for HKS turbo kit. I am hoping that FI kit will come out soon... I like HKS Hi-Power exhaust.
here is my plan for my baby. Clear Bra 20% tint HKS intake (any gains) HKS Hi-Power Exhaust HKS Hypermax III (need some opinion on ride quality) Work Meister 20x10 front 20x11 rear (still got to find aggresive offset) need help for offset |
I have yet to see a dyno for the HKS intakes. I'm not a fan of the short ram intake, but it does look nice. So far Stillen has produced the most gains throughout the board. You can't go wrong with the Dual Ti exhaust or the Hipermax coilovers. HKS quality and fitment is definitely top notch. There's been someone running the Work Meisters on here recently. You might want to search for his posts.
