removing the resonator?
 
Other than making the car sound louder, when removing the resonator, will that effect the car in anyway (avoid warranty or among other things)?

As with any aftermarket item, it will only void the warranty if the dealer can trace back the root of the problem to the aftermarket item.

Thread grave digging here but thought I would ask the question. By removing the resonator will it throw a code ?
