SOHO Catch Can combo

Anyone running a soho catch can combo? I've been running one since November and all it does is blows oil out the filter and never fills up the catch can.

I thought at first I wasn't draining it soon enough but I started checking every day for for last 4 months and nothing in the catch can just oil coming out the filter
