IT's plastic with little fibers in it so it doesn't bend. most just use a dremel with a rasp or rotory cutting bit you can buy a rotary tool that has this bit with it at your local discount tool place
9harbor frieght) for around 10 dollars, borrow one from a friend, or just go to menards and buy a nice one for 30 bucks as it is an extremely usefull tool to have. get a sanding drum attachment too if your baller and can throw around the extra 5 bucks Cut a cicle the diameter of the pipe out of a piece of paper and use that to check how much you are cutting off (hint for stillen to include a template in the instructions here) |
