Replacing cats without increasing sound/rasp/drone too much?

This spring I'm planning on replacing the factory cats with aftermarket ones. So, as the title suggests I want cats that won't increase the sound too much and aren't too raspy. As you can hear in the video with my current exhaust, it is already kinda raspy. Currently, my Z has the stock resonators removed and a custom X pipe in place as well as the axle back from Remark. When I get my new cats installed I do plan on getting 8" resonators installed back on to help reduce the rasp and drone.

I'm looking at getting Motordyne ART pipes since they have the qualities I'm looking for (not as loud, less rasp, low drone). My only concern with these are the fuel smell and running a CEL. Do they still create the fuel smell like a regular straight pipe cat? If I use sensor extension bungs will that stop it from running a CEL?

Any other advice or recommendations please feel free to suggest!

I think the CEL is a hit or miss kind of thing. I read some people don’t get it at all but personally i got a pa200 code. That may or may not be due to an exhaust leak, I don’t know if i have one.

Yes, they will be stinky but only outside the car and with windows down.
