The missing diffuser is not a good look... hope you have plans for that.

I used to like center exhaust when they were pretty much only on exotics. Now that Civics have them, I'm not a fan.

Got pic of the car on the ground?

I love the missing diffuser look, shows off the exhaust. I dont have the car back yet, i'll post more pics over the weekend.

I don't disagree that showing off the exhaust is a good look. But outside that the gap looks terrible and the bumper lines just don't work. I can see why your co-worker and brother were giving you flack. Just my :twocents:

However, it's your car and to each their own :tiphat:

for this type of setup i would only do it with the amuse rear bumper based on the shape.

also, if showing of the exhaust should go get the FI CBE with carbon fiber mufflers. def a better look to show off :tiphat:

Neat. Did you just swap sides on those exhaust pieces or was this made for a center exit? I'd like to see some pics on the ground too.

holding my judgment until I see a pic of the car on the ground

I like the center exhaust idea because it looks unique and different not like everyone else’s Z. I think you should install a Amuse rear bumper cover it would really make it pop!

Me too...can't make a fair decision because of it being up on the lift

I like the concept. It's all in the execution. Carving out the diffuser like Jar said looks unfinished. I would have cut and relocated the exhaust cutouts from the sides and glass it toward the center and then glass to cover the sides where the cutouts came from. It would look finished. If it's a track car then it doesn't matter.

It's a different and new look, which I respect. Definitely not my style though - if the bumper gaps were filled in, it would look better.

lj909 04-13-2018 05:16 PM

I like it bro! Nice!

Its very evident that there is something missing there and it doesn't really flow nor look good, in my opinion.

Be sure to avoid the rice, would be a great dissatisfaction to do such a thing to an already very good looking car.

Side Note: I sure wish my Ark Exhaust fit like yours, mine hangs so dam low.
