370z tomei exhuast
 

hey guys i just bought my 370z tomei exhuast and Tomei Titanium Cat Straight Pipe, just wondering how loud will my z be with this setup ? i currently have stock exhuast,stock y pipe with beluga racing test pipes.

did i fk up by getting the Tomei Titanium Cat Straight Pipe instead of the tomei y pipe ?

let me know all the feed back please and what to keep in mind etc!

Tomei cat-back AND their test pipes? Oh boy, you're gonna be in for a surprise if you haven't done and youtube-ing haha.

Our engines sound amazing with a single exit kit, and Titanium has a unique exhaust note that is pretty specific to that kit. There's a few guys in my area that run Tomei and I can always hear them coming from a few blocks down, and I don't know if they have taken their Cats out or not.

Looks like you’re going with Tomei test pipes, stock Y-pipe and Tomei cat-back, correct? I’ll assume that you will be weirdly loud and will want the Tomei Y-Pipe for aesthetics and exhaust flow consistency.

Yeah I meant to buy the y pipe and accidentally clicked the tomei titanium cat Steiger pipe lmfao and didn’t notice till couple hours after, oh well I just ima be FULL TOMEI for my exhaust

I have the full tomei cat back system with berk non-resonated test pipe. It is loud and drones. I have registered up to 115 dB inside the car with a cheap dB meter from Amazon. All that aside, I love mine in all its raspy glory.

You should buy earplugs for your neighbors

The Tomei exhaust is excellent quality and has good fitment. The Tomei exhaust is pretty loud! Go all out and install a full Tomei exhaust.

You'll literally be heard from a couple miles away.

My neighbor's wife a few houses down uses my car as an alarm clock. Cold start is pretty loud at 5:30 A.M....

I'm In for vids with this setup of you Tomei TPs and exhaust, as in I will be buying Tomei exhaust too. Still on the fence of Tp vs HFC. Gotta Pass emissions where I live

Even with stock cat it's louder than most HFC&Catback setup.

i have my tomei only axel back, went and added resonated test pipes last week, still on my stock y pipe and man is it loud, that i cringe when i start it up at 4pm to head to work, it raspy so i'm currently looking for a y pipe.
