Can't decide if to go LTH or Headers+ART Pipes, I am mostly concern about low end torque loss before 3K RPM, which test pipes are notorious for. Can anyone comment on low end torque?

Would I need a tune ASAP after installing these headers or could I wait a couple months?

You can wait a couple of months. I did. ;)

Is there a wait time like the exhaust for these? Same length?

Thank you for taking an interest in our products. We do have a lead time of about 11-13 weeks on the headers. We hand build everything in house on a first come, first serve basis. At the time you place your order all we require is a $300 deposit. The remaining balance is not due until your order is being built.
