Thanks to HP Logic in West Palm Beach, FL :hello: for baseline and post-install dynos and a Invidia Gemini CBE install.

Mustang MD-AWD-500 Dyno
275 baseline, 286 (+11) w/CBE

Do you have the dyno charts?

Yes, dyno results are provided here showing baseline and post-install, done same day. Baseline run is stock. Exhaust was first mod on car, so results show pure increase for Gemini CBE.

Another happy Invidia owner here. Thanks for the dynochart, +1. :D

No problem. This exhaust is great value for the dollar given the look, fit/finish, sound and performance gains.

Even more, in talking to the guys at HP Logic, the baseline 7AT runs equaled or bettered dyno runs on stock 370z 6MTs. I know every vehicle is different, but this is great news for performance hounds who want/need the AT.

Does anyone have a dyno chart with the Invidia, Berks and longtubes CAI's?

bluestyle55 12-15-2009 09:31 PM

Sweet! I have a baseline too but am waiting to get my CAI and HFC before I dyno it again. And even though our exhaust may show less HP gain than some of the the others out there...we have the advantage of having less exhaust noise. I would give up 5hp any day for zero exhaust noise on the highway.

Very nice, love the tips, and those are great numbers

Waiting for mine to arrive, it should have been here on the 23rd,,,,,I already have test pipes so anticipate this thing being loud...... lol

Nice!!! Report back with your early impressions. Not enough talk about this cbe. After 250 miles on it, still feels good. Loud enough to enjoy the ride but quiet enough to enjoy the ride (you know what I mean!). Getting dynoed?

Room42 12-29-2009 03:36 PM

Btw, if someone dynos after an invidia install, pls post whether your exhaust spews wicked fumes for about four runs. It was so bad, we thought there might have been packing material left in a pipe or something, but actually think it was just from the manufacturing process. Ran us out of the dyno bay for awhile, though, so I'm curious others have the same experience.

All exhaust release fumes when new. It's just the welds heating up for the first time :)

I think it sounds great, totally happy with it. I didn't want anything too obnoxious as I am getting kind of old, but even with the HFC's it's fine. I really like the tone of it, nice and deep, no drone. the quality of this exhaust is amazing for the price. I wonder why the others are so much more? sorry, no dyno.

as for the fumes, at the first stop light it looked like my car was on fire. the smell is still pretty strong but the smoke has died down.
