EPS TBs, AAM Intake, z1 ported manifolds

So I am at that point where I have all the basic bolt-ons but want to squeeze as much NA power as I can out of the engine. I have questions regarding the EPS TBs, AAM intake and ported manifolds.

Will the transition from the EPS throttle bodies to Stilen gen 3 intakes affect the gains from the TBs? If so, is it worth it to swap out the Stillen one for the 2.75" AAM intake?

Is there any difference between the Z1 ported manifolds and Synolimit's ported ones? Would one mate up better with the new TBs/intake than the other?

I am considering going for the JWT stage 2 cams when they come out and want to to do whatever I can while I'm at it to max out the NA power. I am hoping that the combination of these cna get me 30+whp/trq.

They also got oversized valves now to. Soho Motorsports check it out! May only be for boosted applications but im not 100% sure

If you're looking for the best intakes to go with the EPS TBs, then you would want the Admin Tuning 3" intakes. The EPS TBs opening are 3.25" so regardless of which intake you choose, there's going to be a difference in size.

I can't compare the Z1 vs Synolimit ported manifolds, as I had mine ported by Synergy. However, I had the billet adapter that was provided with the EPS TBs port-matched to the opening of the intake manifolds; might be something you'd be interested in depending on who you have do your porting.

The +1mm oversized valves will work with either forced induction or naturally aspirated. :)

Do you have this setup? And Admin Tuning intakes?

Admin Tuning Intakes

Any customer reviews of these/ The amount of gains they claim over the Stillen intakes is pretty high. Anyone with these along with the EPS Tbs?

I believe the gains are probably from the ECU tune that they say is mandatory after install. Apples to apples I bet Stillen would receive much closer numbers.

I have the EPS throttles + AAM intakes. Retune was necessary but i did pick up about 10hp

I went with Synolimit’s setup and got great gains. His setup is considerably cheaper and is a better “bang for the buck” option. For around $900 you get TBs, upper and lower manifold. The EPS TBs are $800 alone and then you still have to add the manifold parts. Here is my writeup on the Synolimit’s kit.

This is definitely not a ban g for the buck mod. It's more of a squeeze as much NA power as I can mod. Cams aren't a cost effective mod either.

Yes, everything I mentioned in my previous post I have in addition to NST pulleys, Momentum headers, Motordyne ART pipes, Fast Intentions exhaust and GTR injectors.

Review-wise the intakes are nice and well-made, although not sure how you can go wrong with metal pipes. The fitment was a bit of a pain due to the EPS TBs and their associated brackets pushing them a bit further out; I wasn't able to refit my stock strut brace (even with the spacers supplied with the EPS TBs). I purchased an RJ Manufacturing brace to replace it, however I'm currently waiting on replacement hardware as what was supplied didn't fit.

So far, the car is much improved power and response wise. I wasn't expecting it to be super fast, which it isn't, I only wanted a bit more (for now). I'm happy with everything so far even with the car still being tuned incrementally.

Thanks for the info regarding the strut bar. I received the Admin Tuning intakes a few days ago, ported AAM intake manifold & lower manifold, and EPS throttle bodies should be delivered by end of day Friday. Assuming goes well i should have numbers by end of Monday since I will be getting a tune by Dynosty then.
