Installed test pipes, silencer question

Hey guys, so I have agency power cbe paired with beluga test pipes. I knew it would be loud but I was surprised at how much louder it got. So I remembered that my agency power Cbe came with silencers (small inlet pipe that limits exhaust sound coming out), I was wondering if this would limit my gains or be counter productive since I just removed the cats for better flow...
