Just curious do i need to get my car tune revised after changing a **** up throttle body for a new one? I am replacing it with a new stock throttle body no fancy bigger one. I want to be 100% sure i don't need to do anything else beside the relearn procedure.

Going on assumption that you just need a battery reset and relearn. Should work the same as the one you replaced. You could ask a Nissan tech at your local dealer.

Just the relearn process should do it
