HKS centre pipe or HKS Legamax muffler? (worth it?)
 

I wen ton down to one of the only companies that sell aftermarket products. They are an HKS dealer and what they coul only offer me for my car is either jt the HKS Legamax Muffler for R7800 (US$1039.00) or the HKS centre pipe for R8080 (US$1076.00).

I rather get the centre pipe but i dont know what difference it is going to make? Anyone no any reviews or installs of the centre pipe?? Or Sound clips?

What do you guys think?

If you really want to look at it as separate parts, then working from the tips backwards towards the engine would be the way to go. But with all the effort and money you're going to put into getting a Legamax Exhaust, you're really much better off buying the entire exhaust as one part.

Ok guys well i have taken the plunge on the HKS centre pipe!! I wanted to get custom mufflers made and i only wanted the centre pipe changed for now as i rather spend the money on HKS and i know it will fit right !..

I think im gonna plan a dyno before and after and take some photos. Should be here at the end of the month.... VERY EXCITED

Great! I'm interested in seeing the dyno on that.

So there is an increase in the diameter form stock pipe which i have read is 57.15 and the hks centre pipe which is 60.5mm..

I hope it will make a difference its jst a risk i have to take living in South Africa as we cant import exhausts easily or cheaply! So being able to get this centre pipe for the price i did was worth it...
