Leaving a parking lot the weld at the x pipe failed and let the exhaust drop down, very loud. Went to the exhaust shop and had it welded back, all good, not. The mount on the mid pipe failed and I have a hole there. The pipe did not hit the ground. Anyway the welds look good from the outside but did not penetrate? I do not weld! It is in the scrap pile at the exhaust shop now. I have not seen any other failures so it's just my LUCK.

Just info for others as many of us have this system.

Do you drive in winter? Haven't checked where you're from and I don't think this should happen so easily. I would guess an exhaust will fail after years of use in the worst conditions.

Unless you're dropped and scrape everyday.
