Invidia Gemini CBE + K&N short ram intakes review

First off I wanted to post this due to the fact that I couldn't many write ups with these 2 mods so I would like to give a short review with both on.

I'll start off with the invidia catback, I installed this a few weeks prior to having the intakes in. The install was a breeze I put it on Jack's and it took me about 3 hours out of my day to do. Did not have a single problem with the install so I'll give that a 10/10 on the install. Cold start sounds beautiful nice rumble to it until it warms up, once it's warm it quiets down quite a bit. The car sounds beautiful especially at low RPMs, it truly does give it the nice VQ note I was looking for...if you like LOUD exhausts this isn't for you. It's more aggressive than the stock exhaust, very little drone when gasing it on the highways, but when you WOT the car sounds absolutely beautiful. All in all I think it sounds great at lower RPMs cruising, high RPMs are definitely not to brag about. Not to quiet and not to loud, 0 rasp is what I wanted since I'm getting test pipes installed tomorrow. (If anyone has this set up lmk!)
K&N short ram air intake (tyhpoon) installed it yesterday morning, it took about an 1 1/2 hours to install so it was pretty smooth absolutely no problems, only thing is with the hose connections, I just modified the stock hoses to fit exact with the intakes. The heatshield was very easy to install nothing will get in the way of putting it in. The intakes were easy to install. You will not notice the intake noise until you open it up on the highway, car sounds beautiful with these 2 mods... any questions just ask... and if you have test pipes with these 2 mods lmk what you think.

Test pipes installed the car sounds like a true beast now... absolutely 0 rasp. This is deep and loud! Down shifts are awesome. Berk resonated TP, did not get a CEL yet so... it's pretty sick highly recommend it if you don't want to sound like a little kid

SES came on about 50 miles after install. So I guess I'm apart of the 5%ers for the ses.

Did you install O2 extenders with the test pipes? If not, try them and they may get rid of the SES. Also, have you plugged an OBD scanner in to find out exactly what code(s) your getting? If all else fails, get a tune.

I have your same setup. K&N Typhoon, Invidia Gemini, ARK test pipes. Get the tune. It will help in a lot of areas, not the least of which will be better throttle response. You will be happy with the results.
