Yes, we will have the bending capabilities to bend the header tubes as in few pieces as possible.

Good deal - with them being one big piece, will they be installable by a DIY'er who doens't have access to a lift?

Just figuring on what I need for an install budget...

Also, it's been reported the hardest bolts to pull are the HFC/OEM manifold bolts (tightness), next to that the manifold to block bolts (access) - did you experience anything similar to that or could comment on it? Did you remove the OEM parts in one piece?

I am very curious to hear the difference - lol...

Did you guys make the merge collectors? Any pics looking into the collector?

I believe it will be quite hard without a lift, you also need quite some tools to reach in there (extensions etc..)

I wouldn't worry about header-cat connection so you'll unbolt the whole thing at once ;) The beauty of long tubes..

Similar but deeper. It is hard to explain, you will have to hear it for yourself once I get the videos up.

Did I miss the post with the dyno numbers for the LTH with exhaust and stock intakes ?

UPDATE-

I wanted to chime in with the current status of the R&D process. So as most of you know, I went back to the dyno today. The numbers were favorable and we did see an increase of torque and power. This was the first phase of the headers. We are going to tweak some things about the headers and dyno the car again next Tuesday or Wednesday. What were are trying to achieve is to make the highest gains across the board without having to tune the car. Once we feel that we have achieved that, we will dyno the car again with a re-tune. To this point I have to say I am overall pleased with the outcome. They have gains as I stated, they sound great and reduce the interior noise resonance and last but certainly not least, so far no CEL! As of right now I would rather not divulge too much information as to what we are doing. There will be no dyno charts posted or sound clips until I launch the LTH thread. I expect to do that once all of the testing is completed. I know alot of you are anxious and we appreciate all of your support. In addition, I know that you all understand that we have to make sure our testing is complete before we release too much information. If anyone has any questions, as I always say please do not hesitate to ask...

Thank you, Tony
