Garbage I don't think any one on here has put them on or on the G.. OBX has been known to make crap headers!!

about the only place you find someone using them is on the 350z boards.
they always say you get what you pay for

I have the OBX Test pipes and they are fantastic. For the price I agree with you just take a shot.

HFC's and longtime headers ?

Makes no sense might as well get shorties and spare the pain!

Also OBX is the same quality as your OEM header when talking about the collectors.

Fans boys you mean? Think that sums it up.

Welds can crack , I've seen it on all, does that mean everyone's stuff is junk? Who cares about gaskets? They all use the same crap unless you buy aftermarket multiply ones and even those rust as they're made of steel. I don't even run gaskets. RTV copper silicone gasket maker works great. And whether it's a pure USA made 304ss alloy or cheaper Chinese it'll still out last the car! Pitting or surface rust does nothing to the steel. I've run it all even on hotter running turbo applications for well beyond 50,000 miles and multiple salty winters. Fast Intentions makes great stuff but guess where their mufflers, resonators and flanges come from? Vibrant. Guess where Vibrants stuff is made? China. It's all the same. Yes my OBX is a copy of FI or someone but I bought it from someone here and the power increase before and after where right on par with me not spending 1/3 of someone else's. It's still 100% stout, no issues, and welds and craftsmanship where fine. Been over 2 years too!!

So... I should buy the LTH?

ihiryu 10-09-2017 10:47 AM

I have a customer with the LTH. He works at the Nissan Dealer, and did the install himself. He had an issue with the primary o2's, and had to relocate them further down. Because of that it threw O2 response codes.

And FWIW, the OBX's are cheap, but you could save double the costs, and save whatever issue you have with install.

Meaning, while my customer got lucky, it doesn't means all of them will fit that well.

They install like any other lth's. The right about 1 hour. The left side about 6 hours and a lot of cussing. :rofl2:
