Catalytic converter re installation question

Hi guys, I used the search function but didn't find an answer to my question. I will be reinstalling my cats due to the noise levels of my exhaust, and I wanted to know if this gasket:
GASKET-EXHAUST - 370Z (Z34) 2009+ :: Nissan Parts, NISMO and Nissan Accessories - Courtesyparts.com needs to be bought for the installation at my mechanic.

Thanks! Any tips and suggestions are welcomed.

That's a great question because when I replaced my cats, I don't remember seeing that part at all...took off oem and replaced with berks HFCs

I'm thinking maybe I should use a three hole gasket?

Here is a pic of the OEM gaskets used on the cats.

The top gasket is a round, "donut" style gasket. The bottom is a standard metal 2-bolt flange gasket.

Top 3-bolt “donut” gasket is Nissan Part Number: 20691-19U00
Bottom 2-bolt flange gasket is Nissan Part Number: 20692-1E810

Looks like you have the right part from Courtesy Parts.

So I do need all these? Thanks! One last question, do you know where I can find a good replacement to the OEM donut gasket at a auto shop? My dealer is currently out of stock on those.

Thanks!
