Agency Power Catback Review Ft. Top Speed Test Pipes
 

Hi guys!

I installed my Agency Power True Dual Catback Exhaust, and some Top Speed test pipes all sold to me by my friend TonyZ34 (legit, helpful, great seller btw) on Wednesday.

Wow.

This thing is LOUD. Like, ear bleed loud. At first I didn't like the sound because I was nervous about the loudness, but today i was convinced that I'm in love with the sound of this exhaust. It has a really deep low end growl, and on throttle it sounds like my car is faster than it is. In the 4k-5k range is where I like it the least, but this is probably an effect of the test pipes. Oh boy, the startup of this car is MEAN as hell. Let me repeat that, this exhaust is MEAN.

There is drone at 2k and 3k RPMs, but I can still speak to people without screaming and they'll hear me fine.

I'm considering some resonated test pipes to avoid the loudness and the bit of rasp i get at the ranges I mentioned.

As far as HP gains, I really don't care for the HP gains from a bolt on mod on a NA car. But, I have felt faster acceleration at the higher ranges, yet losing torque at the lower ranges.

Bottom Note, buy this exhaust if you want a mean sounding car. Consider some HFCs or at least resonated TPs to avoid rasp and extreme loudness.

I have the same combination, plus megan headers and Osiris tune. Loud but notice the difference in HP with this configuration, cart drop 0.5 tenths in the 1/4 mile. I also have Stillen HFC's, less sound but add time in track.

Next will be the Z1 manifolf intake and change the K&N with Stillen's Gen 3, the goal... top HP in NA engine.
