Recon?
 

So I just moved to the island and I am expecting my car pretty soon. I recently started hearing of this recon law for modified cars. I asked around people said I should be fine if I haven't touched the suspension. Does anyone have any info or anything this? Should I worry for the intake and exhaust?

Correct, unmodified suspension and you will be fine. Once your Tanabe springs go on, you will need recon to pass safety check. There is no smog on this island and safety check is easy to pass otherwise.

I don't recommend the lowering springs, you'll be scraping a lot.
