Rear speakers solution

My friend Randy Molina R & D Audio in Kalihi made me these completely custom, one off speaker pods with Rockford Fosgate T1 6x9's. Unbelievable sound quality. Paired with the T3 components in the doors and the single 12" RF sub in Zenclclosures box and JVC head unit, my system is complete!

With any luck I'll figure out how to upload photos. It never seems to work for me

My friend Randy is legit. He does high end systems for show cars... He has a small shop in Honolulu off Kalihi street and Democrat (808) 347-1445

I've been debating getting a new head unit, but been reluctant. I have the BOSE setup that comes with the sports package. If I get a new head unit do I have to replace all my speakers ?

I had Bose too... What a nightmare!! Nothing in the Bose system is compatible with aftermarket components. A new head unit would basically render the Bose amp and speakers useless.

That is what I thought. I guess I'm gonna keep my BOSE setup for the foreseeable future.

It is possible to add onto the Bose head unit. There's a device made by Audiocontrol that taps into the factory speaker wires and allows you to install amps and speakers and subwoofer. But once you replace the factory head unit everything has to come out

Very interesting I have the Bose system in the 370 Z I just purchased but it has a pioneer navigation head unit. I wonder how that is hooked up
