Thanks for the update Nick! Hopefully, Evo R is working nice with you on this. Just a thought, but maybe it would be a nice gesture for Evo R to throw something in to sweeten this deal since we are all waiting paitently! (hint...hint!)

No intention to rub the wounds with salt. But this group buy is destined to go this route even before it got started. Again No offense intended.
Just protecting forum members.


Nick your intensions are good and your a great guy but again choose the company you partnered with... As this reflect your company/business as well.

Your main priority should be to protect the interest of your customers/forum members over anything.

I hate this group buy go to waste. Your money could have earned interest invested somewhere else. IMO

Thanks for your input on this. I work with many companies either directly or
Through wholesale. It's not that jay is bad guy he's actually very nice and he makes great stuff at affordable prices he's just a one man team and needs help. This shouldn't reflect badly upon my company as I'm doing the right thing and refunding everyone back. We are always available and can be called emailed texted pm'd whenever someone needs us.

We protect you all trust me and we want nothing more but to provide excellent customer service. Sorry this group buy went this route.

Don't bother defending jay. He is what his company does. Shady business practices all around. He has been punted from this forum before and it needs to happen again for good this time. He never had any intention of fulfilling his end of the deal when he took the money.

At least that's a welcome change. He usually takes forum members money for nonexistent products without a second thought, and it's easier to get a refund from GTM than from Evo r.

You should look into setting up a gb for the fujimura diffuser jay ripped off for his design.

Bear in mind that this group buy is a broken promise created by your business name and EVo-R.

When you say it doesn't reflect your business you better think again.

Dont look at it on your own perspective but rather look at it at the consumer side point of view.

Do you know its a bad business to hold money of your customers with an empty promise. Refunding one's money is always given at a business stand point such as this. It should not be viewed as "no harm done cuz everybody has been refunded"

You are completely right sir. We apologize greatly for how this turned out. But in our defense we had no control over production of a product as we are a third party. Would you get upset at bestbuy if they couldn't get you an iPhone on time? It's apples fault as they are in high demand

We've emailed evo r multiple times and called multiple times to make this happen for you all. We protected the members by keeping everyone funds safe in our account rather than sending them off with no product.

I understand your frustration and if you no longer want to do business with us that's fine and understandable. But we take our business very serious you can ask any member on this forum we've never had one issue and we always deliver on time if not earlier.

Nick I did not say I no longer want to conduct business with your company Im just saying this should be a lesson for everyone that such business practices can be improved and corrected in the future.
