I'm really happy with the response and support we've received regarding these strut bars. I'm hoping Top Secret agrees to make a limited run for us. We need one or two more solid inquiries and we're set.
Just to put things into perspective, this strut bar is going to be a full titanium strut bar made by one of the most iconic JDM aftermarket/performance parts manufacturers in Japan and around the world. This will be a limited edition/limited run item. Think of it as a special edition strut bar. For some of you, this is probably going to be one of the most if not the most rare part you'll ever have on your Z being that there weren't very many produced to begin with and nobody will ever be able to buy this part new ever again. Hey guys! Guess what? I think we're there! We have 5 people tentatively willing to go in on the group buy! We will be reaching out to Top Secret to see if they will make the strut bars for us!
Please give us about a week to reach out and hear back from them. Although Top Secret is a big name in the JDM industry and they create some of the coolest most awesome JDM parts, they are a small specialty shop in Japan with a limited number of staff. **UPDATE 2/25/2014**
Hey guys, it's been a little while so thank you for keeping up with us. Just as an update, we had sent the request to Top Secret. They told us that they will take things into consideration and will need to discuss with their operations side if this will be feasible or not and how exactly they would implement the production of these strut bars. They said they will contact us once they figure something out. They didn't say no so that's a good sign. We will keep updating all of you as we get more info. |
I need something for this show season. Maybe they have a forgotten one hiding in the back of their shop that they might want to ship to Canada? :bowrofl:

Anyway they can fab them to fit the us version? If not, if there any way you guys could fab up and sell an adapter?

I just picked one of these up and the previous owner fabricated the top mount to make it fit. Here's a pic, but I can't imagine it would be a hard fix. So don't let that deter you from buying the awesome piece and supporting everything that Bo and 370ztune does for this forum.
