To my knowledge I was the only one with that long of a wait time. Everyone else has stated that they had to wait months some are still waiting....

Wow. over a Year since this GB started and not one single kit had been shipped. I am so glad I stayed NA now.

I'm calling in tomorrow and if they tell me to wait another month or so I'm gonna do something about this. I'm pretty sure this is highly illegal at this point. I have already done research on pre order with date to be released. And for how we did not sign any paper saying that we are willing to extend our wait we have up to 30 days to receive our money back.

I want to show everyone what is going on with me.
here some inside detail about me. Im a US Soldier residing in Ft Leonard Wood, MO. I was told to get my TT-KIT back in April ship to IL. (Where my family live) things has change and that I could be ACTIVATED for oversea. I have ask for a refund roughly 2 week before May. Sam at GTM told me no problem he will have it done before I start special training on May 6. Today 5/10/14 He told me I will have to do everything my self and do all the claims by my self through my card issuer. As of anything pass 45 days it would be hard to do a CLAIM. As I work and go to special training sometime for very long hours I stay perfectly calm about this. so my card issuer told me they can open up a case and they will see what they can do but at this point GTM Motorsport DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE CALLS/ NOR WILL THEY REPLY TO MY EMAIL. Funny how they call me 5 min after email. but they cant pick my number up. I will be leaving soon and possibly wont be able to contact GTM. so technically they can say the SHIP my ITEM but I wont be there to RECEIVE IT. or THEY can just KEEP my MONEY. my last OPTION IS TO CALL MILITARY SERVICE (JAG) / Civilian Lawyer to handle this in court. I was wondering if you guys can help me out who ever can see and READ THIS. IM NOT ASKING FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT BECAUSE IM IN THE SERVICE OR ANYTHING IM JUST TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK BEFORE I LEAVE. |

call every day. bug the **** out of them. i called 3 or 4 times on some days, even if they don't answer, just let it ring till they do, thats what i did. eventually they will get sick of it. my refund took about 5 weeks.

Hello, Everyone again..
info on me today.. I called GTM at 7:00 Central time.. that mean its 5:00 over there.. I ask for Sam.. and was put on hold for 5-6 min... later to be told Sam is not in the building and that he left for the day. and Also I ask to speak to a different representative. like Manager, Supervisor , Owner.... **** anyone else that can help me. and all the reply was that is Sam. So SAM RUN EVERYTHING is what the sale rep told me. I work from 5am to anywhere from 5pm-7pm. |

I am also awaiting a refund and Sam told me the best way to get my money back was to file a claim with my bank to issue a chargeback.
Claim in under investigation at this point. This is complete ********. Unacceptable business practice, expecially for a forum sponsor. This whole experience has ruined my passion for the Z! After this is all set and done, I will be trading in the nismo. Everyone look forward to a whole bunch of brand new performance parts that could of been, should of been installed along with a twin turbo kit that does not exist. |
