Serpentine belt brands...
Its due time to replace my serpentine belt. If it matters that it has the stillen SC kit, which type do you recommend? And I couldnt find it on Stillen's website, but its the same legnth as the OEM belt correct?

... Call Stillen maybe?
Existing belt should have manufacturer and part number on it
It is not the oem belt it is longer, also gates fleetrunner hd(green stripe) or goodyear gatorback.
Awesome thanks. now the tedious process of installing the darn thing. ugg might just have the dealership do it for me

the blue belts are even better than the green belts but first you need to figure out what size you need.

Are you stillen supercharged?
Edit: Cuz OP is looking for a belt for his S/c and you posted a link to an OEM belt that won't fit. |

Not all belts are made in all sizes though so once he gets the length from stillen he will have to check what is available

Just find the label on the existing belt. It says the length right on it. Often its the last 3 digits of the part number in millimeters.
Assuming it hasn't been worn off of course.
K071045 is the part number for anyone running the stillen supercharger. Took me a few hours, but im glad its all done with
so yeah they don't make it in the gates hd(green) or the racing belt(blue) so your best bet would probably be the goodyear gator back 4071045 7pk2655
I got just a generic Gates type belt. very tight fit and so far is working great.
Bump
Can't find Goodyear in stock :/ Is Gates K071045 Multi V-Groove Belt any good or...? Also I just looked at it and it's k080220 thoooooo Why do we have different part #? |
