Put me on the $5600 turbo kit list!

This is a one off turbo system the OP made for his own car.

Yeah I know...OP is saying he's going to build more kits when he's got more time :driving:

update on the kit with 1400 miles on it and new clutch it's running great. jon at Z1 has been playing with the tune and it's running great. pulls hard, idle is spot on and no leaks or over heats. oil temps stay under 200. it's holding boost all the way to red line. bumped it to 12psi and played around for a hour or so then dropped it back down. it should be on the dyno by the end of the month. jon still thinks i can hit 600whp but well see.

Im rooting for you! Ill be going to Z1 for a retune on the 16th. Im throwing in 750cc injectors and the CJM return kit. My walbro 255 is going to be the limiting factor :ugh2: I would get another pump and push it to 600 but I can't afford if it blows up lol.

Did you buy Sasha's tuner kit?

Yeah. I bought the tuner kit because I already had the CJM RRP and the Uprev tuner. I picked up a used set of 650cc injectors here on the forum. After I got tuned and made 509whp, I saw a set of brand new 750cc injectors here from Cosmo, so I picked those up with a quickness because of the price. Sooo, the next item holding me back is my fuel pump, but Charles said that I shouldn't have any issue reaching 550whp with the 255. Ill keep it there until I build the motor should I go that route.

OP, you should try to squeeze in on the 16th with me and my homie! I would love to see that thing in action and see it in person.

I'm trying to get in on the 16th Jon wants alot of time with my car to make the 500 whp base map for my kit and then tune the car also on pump gas, race gas and e85. But I hope I can fit in a slot

Ok so I got the clutch put in today. It's nice to finally be able to go wot. The 370z is a pain to get the clutch to bleed. Total time to drop the turbo kit move the tranny and install the clutch was about 3 hrs total time. Not to bad for no help

Update: I came across some money and decided to get me some backup protection. I don't know when but in the next couple of weeks I will be building my spare block to get ready to go to the top of my single turbo kit limit...Also bought bigger turbo for when I max this one out. Also starting to build my new power coating oven get all these pipes coated up nice. I think I'm going white or black chrome not sure
