got my money back just in time! thank **** for that, no wonder why it took longer than normal and multiple tries to get funds back..

Since he filed so long ago without telling anyone... We can infer, especially with the pic critical posted that Sam is going to try to dig himself out of this big *** hole...

Considering there are still people getting money back even after the filing it looks like he is trying to keep it alive, explains why everything is going so slow though.

Mikey, did your bank get money from Sam's bank? Or did they eat the loss?

My take on this, and I seen this before.

Screwing people out of money.
Going bankrupt, and filing for it.
Walking away with no penalty and doesn't have to pay anyone back.
Reopen under a different name or the same name
Start all over again.
