300zx twin turbo manifolds bolt to 370z block?

I was just wondering if there was any way possible to bolt the turbo manifolds off of the 300zx to the vq37 370z motor. I have old turbos and manifolds laying around from old 300 so I was looking to maybe get into a project. Thank you for any input!!

No way.

Kind of what i figured, but i didn't want to unbolt my 370z manifolds to find out

It's not completely impossible, just you better have the $$ to support it...

With $$, anything is possible..

I don't have a picture of them but they look very similar to this

Not enough flow, the 370z is .7 liters bigger... Hell try it if you have that much time on your hands...

how is that not enough flow?

if its 1.7in ID than its the same size as all aftermarket headers for the 370z, only question would be if it fits or not

DEpointfive0 12-24-2013 02:28 AM

Stock 370Z headers are better designed

agreed that they may be better designed but the whole point here is being able to cheaply bolt up a manifold that is already set up for turbos

Alstann 12-24-2013 05:51 PM

A good start would be to compare the bolt pattern of the gaskets for the manifolds, both 300ZX and 370z. That can be done online with just some pictures. A better way to do it would also to be to purchase both gaskets, and see what's what.

what does that have anything to do with turbo manifolds?

look at the GTM turbo manifolds, they look similar to the 300zx ones(piping design at least GTM turbo manifolds are not tubular)

I'm in for updates, its pretty Interesting.
